Beautiful Kelpie or Kelpie mix for Adoption - 1 or 2 yrs. Old in Babylon, New York

Peaches is a one or two year old female Kelpie mix at the Town of Babylon Animal Shelter in West Babylon, NY. She is 35 - 40 lbs., and very loving, active and puppyish. Her teeth are absolutely perfect! She is extremely affectionate and is looking for someone to give her some exercise, training and love. She would love to play ball with you!
Peaches was evaluated by an ACDRA volunteer and was found to be highly adoptable and just a love. She would do best in an experienced herding dog home that will continue her training, and with kids 12 years and over. Peaches knows a few commands (even in Spanish) and gets along well with other dogs. It would be great to pair her with another dog of a similar age and energy level.
